Almost 60% of people who have periods have felt shamed or embarrassed about their periods at least once in their lives. After undertaking a survey, I discovered that one of the reasons that periods are stigmatised is that men do not receive a basic education about periods. Men are not taught about menstruation like women are. Some do not even know that periods regularly come every month.

So why Period Post?
