Stress is a feeling that is commonly experienced by many of the world’s population. People view and react differently to stress and the variety of symptoms associated within different demographics, cultures, and societies. Research shows that young adults, ranging to middle aged people are being prescribed conventional medicines for stress related issues, whereas natural, traditional, and healthy forms of recovery are not conversed about, even though they are better for the body.
Stress less is a campaign and event reaching out to young adults, with the aim to change the way they view and react to stress.
The event will be hosted by mind, an established charity and help centre for mental health. This gives the event a familiar face with a focus on helping students.
The campaign aims to help a wider range of people and bring awareness to mind. The event would consist of interactive workshops and seminars and is a place where young adults can learn how the body reacts to stress and provides them with new techniques to experience less stress.
